Badung — Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali opened on 31 July in the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone, adding a new outlet and lifestyle destination on Serangan Island, according to the zone operator and Mitsubishi Estate. The project is being positioned as Bali’s first large-scale luxury outlet mall.

The outlet sits at Jl. Ardika No. 32 in the KEK Kura Kura Bali area, while project information from the operator says it is designed as an open-air retail complex with waterfront views and a Balinese-village-inspired setting. Mitsubishi Estate says the mall was completed in June and opened in late July.

Official project material and company statements say the destination has about 130 stores in total, with around 104 already operating at opening. The retail mix includes international fashion and lifestyle brands alongside local products and dining.

Retail, dining and leisure mix

According to Mitsubishi Estate and the Kura Kura Bali zone operator, the tenant lineup includes brands such as Coach, BOSS, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Puma and Nike. The project also highlights local labels and craft-focused tenants, including Jenggala and John Hardy.

The destination is also promoting food and lifestyle concepts. Project information describes ISOLA as a Mediterranean-inspired Italian restaurant concept, while the wider site is presented as combining shopping, restaurants, cultural activities and a sunset promenade.

Officials and company releases say Sira Village is intended to strengthen Kura Kura Bali’s tourism and investment appeal. The zone operator has said the outlet is expected to support jobs and bring more commercial activity into the special economic zone.

Project scale and development

Mitsubishi Estate said it developed the project together with PT Bali Turtle Island Development, with the mall built as part of the wider Kura Kura Bali master plan. Company material describes the site as covering about 4.7 hectares and notes the development has been framed around a mix of global retail and Balinese cultural identity.

The operator’s project details also say the outlet has been designed to support green-building certification efforts. Separate company material from Mitsubishi Estate describes the development as part of its broader outlet-retail strategy in Asia.

Public project information says the location is within the KEK Kura Kura Bali area in Serangan, Denpasar Selatan, putting it within reach of Ngurah Rai airport via the Bali Mandara Toll Road and the Bypass Ngurah Rai.
