Bali Child Protection Commission Applications Close Sept. 25

Denpasar — Applications for the selection of members of Bali’s Regional Child Protection Commission remain open today, Sept. 24, with the 15-day registration period ending Sept. 25, 2026. The selection is being conducted by the Bali Provincial Government through the Social Affairs, Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency.

The change comes as the committee reported receiving eight registration files by the morning of Sept. 23, although 35 people had submitted registration forms. The selection is for the 2026–2031 term, following the end of the current commission’s 2021–2026 term.

Why the deadline matters to Bali residents and foreign readers

The selection is a public recruitment process for residents who meet the stated requirements and have a commitment to child protection. The announcement provides the requirements, selection stages, registration procedures and required documents through the agency’s official channels and the registration link included in the official notice.

Registration is conducted online. The secretariat of the selection committee is at the Bali Social Affairs, Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency office at Jalan Tjok Agung Tresna Nomor 2, Denpasar. The notice concerns eligibility for membership of a provincial child-protection body; it does not announce a new entry, residence or tourism rule for foreign visitors.

The registration period began Sept. 11 and ends Sept. 25, 2026. People who meet the requirements may still take part until the stated closing date, according to the report. The provincial government’s announcement says the selection is being held because the term of the 2021–2026 commission members is ending.
