Bali Forecast Sets 31°C High With No Rain Warning Listed

Denpasar — Bali’s forecast for Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026, put the day’s highest temperature at 31 degrees Celsius, with conditions generally described as partly cloudy. The report also said no Bali regency or city was listed under a rain warning from 8 a.m. that day through 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, in Central Indonesian Time.

For foreigners in Bali, the forecast describes the province-wide outlook rather than a guarantee for every neighborhood. Bali Post’s report identifies the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency, known in Indonesia as BMKG, as the source of the forecast and warning information. Its account says the highest temperature would reach 31 degrees Celsius on Sept. 30.

The warning period covered Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 8 a.m. WITA (UTC+8) to Thursday, Oct. 1, at 8 a.m. WITA. Within that period, the report stated that no regency or city in Bali received a warning for rain ranging from light to extreme. That finding concerns the listed early-warning categories; it does not mean that every part of the island would have identical conditions throughout the day.

A separate report by Bali Tribunnews likewise described most of Bali as partly cloudy and gave a daily temperature range of 19 to 31 degrees Celsius. It reported light rain in Bedugul and Kintamani, while also noting that the BMKG warning list showed no areas under the specified warning categories. The separate account therefore provides additional context for the province-wide forecast while distinguishing local rain forecasts from the formal warning list.
