Singaraja — Ten strategic innovations were formally launched by the Buleleng Regency Government on Nov. 6, 2026, as outputs of the 2026 Level II National Leadership Training programme. The programmes cover public services including worker protection, disaster information, investment, health referrals, education and digital government.

The launch took place at the Buleleng regent’s official residence in Singaraja. The innovations were developed as change projects by participants in the Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Nasional Tingkat II, a national leadership programme for senior public officials. The Buleleng administration said the initiatives are intended to improve governance and the quality, integration and accessibility of public services.

Why the 10 innovations matter to residents and visitors

For people dealing with Buleleng’s public administration, the most relevant change is Sang Buleleng, or Satu Gerbang Buleleng. Developed by the Buleleng Office of Communication, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics, the platform is designed as a single entry point for local government’s digital services, integrating digital identity, services and government data.

The other programmes address specific administrative needs. SINGA NUGRAHA focuses on protection for vulnerable workers through cooperation between government and companies. MITRA BPBD is intended to integrate disaster information, while INVEST JOSS provides investment information and promotion. PRADIPA supports local inflation monitoring, and KILAT Denbukit digitises government-spending management.

In health care, PANJI SAKTI links health facilities through an integrated referral system and allows referring facilities to monitor hospital bed availability. SPATSIKU focuses on children who are out of school. SATYA DASI is designed to integrate strategic information and early-warning functions, while Si Bijak Paten manages civil-servant competency development digitally and in an integrated way.

The launch follows earlier work on the individual programmes, including a soft launch and socialisation of Sang Buleleng in 2026. The reports do not state a separate implementation deadline or additional next step after the November launch.
