Lovina — The Buleleng Regency Government will hold the first public consultation on detailed spatial plans and the first strategic environmental-assessment focus group for the Sawan, Kubutambahan and Tejakula urban areas on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, from 09:00 to 16:00 WITA at Lovina Haven Boutique Resort.
The event is organized by the Buleleng Regency Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas Agency. Its agenda includes discussion of analysis, planning objectives, spatial-structure and spatial-pattern concepts for the three planning areas, as well as identification of spatial-planning content that could affect the environment.
Public and stakeholder input is part of the proceedings. The schedule includes discussion and questions, followed by agreement on the results and the signing of minutes before the session closes at 16:00 WITA.
Why it matters for residents and visitors
The consultation concerns planning documents that will guide how development is organized in three urban areas of Buleleng. For foreign residents, property owners and visitors, the immediate significance is that local authorities are gathering views before the plans are refined; the event is not itself an announcement of a new entry, tourism or property rule.
The consultation also includes a strategic environmental-assessment discussion, an Indonesian planning process used to examine potential environmental effects of proposed spatial policies. The official agenda identifies Lovina Haven Boutique Resort on Jalan Seririt–Singaraja, Banjar, Buleleng, Bali, as the venue.
The published program schedules registration from 08:30 to 09:00 WITA, presentations and questions before and after the midday break, environmental-content discussion from 13:30 to 14:30 WITA, and final agreement and signing from 15:30 to 15:45 WITA. No later implementation date or separate development rule is stated in the cited reports.
