Singaraja — Bali’s official 2026 tourism calendar lists the Buleleng Fashion Festival in Singaraja and the Lembongan Surf and Music Festival in Klungkung for September, with both entries shown as running from September 1 to 30, 2026, according to the Bali Government Tourism Office.

The provincial tourism office’s calendar lists the Buleleng Fashion Festival with an 08:00 WITA start time and the Lembongan Surf and Music Festival with a 09:00 WITA start time. The listings identify the locations as Singaraja, Buleleng, and Lembongan, Klungkung, respectively, but do not provide fuller programme details in the calendar entry itself.

A separate Bali provincial government event page also lists both festivals in the September section of the 2026 calendar, alongside other month-specific events. An Indonesian local newspaper reported in January that the province’s 2026 calendar includes 56 events in total, including one fashion event and four music events, and named both September festivals in its coverage of the launch.

The calendar entries support reporting that both festivals are scheduled for September and remain on the official calendar as of Sept. 20. They do not, however, establish attendance figures, visitor impact, or whether the programmes are being held daily throughout the month.

What the calendar confirms

  • Buleleng Fashion Festival: Singaraja, Buleleng; Sept. 1-30; 08:00 WITA.
  • Lembongan Surf and Music Festival: Lembongan, Klungkung; Sept. 1-30; 09:00 WITA.
  • Both events appear in the Bali provincial government’s 2026 event listings.

For travellers and businesses, the official listings should be treated as calendar entries rather than full event guides. Additional details such as venue layouts, ticketing, line-ups or day-by-day schedules would need to come from organisers or local authorities.
