Taman Pecangakan — Jembrana Creative Festival 2026 opened on 31 October and ran through 1 November at Taman Pecangakan, bringing together creative-economy businesses, arts communities and young people.

Why it matters: Visitors and residents could attend a free two-day festival in Negara featuring more than 30 performers and products from 21 creative-economy subsectors.

Jembrana Regent Kembang Hartawan opened the festival on Saturday, 31 October, according to Detik Bali and Bali Post. The two-day event was organised by the Jembrana regency government through its Tourism and Culture Office, together with local creative communities.

The festival carried the theme “Reimagine the Playground Where Creativity Meets Play” and included music and arts performances, workshops, discussions, food and a creative market. The event was free and open to the public, with the festival gates scheduled to open from noon local time on both days, according to Tatkala.

More than 30 performers were scheduled across the two-day programme. The festival also showcased local products from 21 creative-economy subsectors, including fashion, culinary products, crafts, digital technology and automotive modification, according to Detik Bali and Bali Post.

TatKala reported that about 6,000 people attended the first day, citing committee records. The report said visitors included young people, families and creative communities, while the second day was scheduled to continue with workshops, discussions and musical performances.

The festival formed part of Jembrana’s effort to strengthen its creative-economy ecosystem and provide a marketplace for products made by local talent.
