Puputan Margarana Field — Bali’s Financial Services Authority held the 157 Run at Puputan Margarana Field in Denpasar on Sunday, 1 November 2026, as part of activities promoting financial literacy and inclusion.
Why it matters: Visitors and residents in Denpasar encountered two public running events on 1 November 2026, including a PLN race attended by at least 3,000 runners.
The event was organised with financial-services companies and started and finished in front of the Bali governor’s office, according to Tribun Bali. Bali Regional Secretary Dewa Made Indra attended the run with provincial officials.
OJK Bali chief Parjiman said the run was intended to bring financial-literacy and financial-inclusion programmes closer to the public. The event also included a low-price market involving small and medium businesses supported by OJK, the report said.
On the same day, Indra sent off participants in the PLN Mobile Electric 5K Series Bali at the eastern side of the field. Tribun Bali reported that at least 3,000 runners took part across road-run and fun-run categories.
OJK’s official calendar lists 1 November 2026 as a scheduled activity date, while the agency’s Bali office page identifies Parjiman as the office’s head. The official pages support the agency and date context; attendance and event details are reported by Tribun Bali.
