Singaraja — Buleleng’s fuel supply had not returned to normal on Friday, 16 October 2026, with Pertamax deliveries at about 5% of normal and Pertalite deliveries at about 63%, according to the Buleleng trade and small-business office.

Why it matters: Buleleng residents and visitors faced reduced fuel deliveries on 16 October while Pertamina’s additional Bali supply was being distributed over the following two to three days.

The office recorded about 7,000 litres of Pertamax against normal deliveries of 132,000 litres. Pertalite deliveries stood at about 220,050 litres, compared with a normal level of 349,000 litres, Bali Post and Tribun Bali reported.

The disruption followed delays in deliveries from the Manggis fuel depot in Karangasem, which led to queues at several filling stations. Buleleng officials had said on 13 October that fuel stocks remained available and that distribution was expected to improve within one to two days.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga said on 16 October that about 19 million litres of additional Pertalite and Pertamax had reached the Sanggaran Fuel Terminal and Manggis Integrated Terminal. The company said the total additional supply planned for Bali was about 57.9 million litres, with the remainder scheduled to arrive gradually over the following two to three days.

Pertamina also said the two terminals would operate around the clock to support receipt and distribution. Sixty-six filling stations in Denpasar and Badung were operating 24 hours to expand access and help reduce queues.

The Buleleng figures show that supply conditions in the northern regency remained uneven even as additional fuel reached Bali’s main terminals. The reported figures concern deliveries to Buleleng, not a complete shutdown of fuel sales across the regency.
